As usual,'s Intensive Dance Course will give you ah-mah-zing opportunity to learn directly from the pro, for one full week! In our 40+ hours intensive course, you can share your passion and dedication to learn and dance classical ballet, contemporary and body conditioning with (new) friends while having fun at the same time during school break. We also have interesting program for dance teachers in the Teacher’s Course.

Level 1 is for Ballet RAD Grade 5 - Intermediate Foundation, Vaganova Level 1-4 or equivalent.
Level 2 is for Ballet RAD Intermediate/higher, Vaganova Level 5/higher or equivalent.

Location: Teater Jakarta, Taman Ismail Marzuki, Jl. Cikini Raya no 73 (Studio Basemen 1 and 4th Floor) Upon completion, all participants will receive a certificate.

Eden Petrovski

Eden Petrovski started dancing at the age of 3 with Ettingshausen’s Dynamic Arts.  Eden continued her dance studies with a further 3 years training at Ev&Bow Fulltime Dance Training Centre, Ettingshausens fulltime and the Certificate Program at the Alvin Ailey School, New York. 

Eden has worked with well known choreographers such as Sarah Boulter, Anton, and Kelley Abbey just to name a few. Eden has also had the opportunity to assist Sarah Boulter on So You Think You Can Dance and was Top 8 in the 2014 Australian version of ‘So You Think You Can Dance’. 

Eden has performed numerous times at the Short & Sweet Dance Festival and was a performer in a short dance film choreographed by Victoria Chiu. Eden recently worked as a dancer in Opera Australia’s AIDA on Sydney harbor this year and is currently a company member of the The Dream Dance Company. Most recently Eden has worked as a dancer in London and Hong Kong and is currently touring workshops around Australia.


Stephen Beagley

Stephen Beagley started his training at the age of 9 at the TAD, London, graduating to the Upper School and then joining the Royal Ballet at the age of 17 in 1974, where he performed most major roles in ballets such as Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty and Manon. During his first year with the Royal Ballet, he had famous choreographers such as Kenneth MacMillan and John Neumeier created ballet for him.

In 1984, he was asked to take the leading role in Andrew Lloyd Webber's musical Cats, after which he took 2 years leave from the Royal Ballet to continue in musicals such as the Rocky Horror Show, TV commercials and music videos for Queen, Elton John and many other. In 1986, he rejoined the Royal Ballet Sadler's Wells and was promoted to Principal Dancer. He was also nominated twice for Society of West End Theatre Awards for Outstanding Performance in Dance.

As ballet master and qualified Pilates teCher, Stephen teaches extensively both in UK (the Royal Ballet School, English National Ballet School, Head of Adult Ballet Programme in ENB) and abroad (Japan, Hong Kong, USA, Italy, London, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia and Cambodia.

He is currently Artistic Director of Bangkok City Ballet, where he has staged and produced his own version of popular ballets such as the Nutcracker, Giselle, La Sylphide and Sleeping Beauty.

      The Teacher Day will be held on 19 and 26 June 2016. 9.00 – 15.00.
